This weekend in Oklahoma City area, you will have the opportunity light a fire under your business. On Monday's Leadership Conference Call, it was announced nationally that last week Oklahoma had one of the best recruiting efforts in the country. Our state was # 2 outright and #1 per capita in the entire company. Mr. Stonecipher, on the same conference call, put out a challenge to each city and state for this Saturday, June 27th, to have a nationwide Tool and Recruiting BLITZ.
Oklahoma has already proven that it is up to the challenge. The Oklahoma City leadership is responding by having a Tool Blitz that culminates in Rolling PBR's on Saturday. Starting Saturday morning there will be multiple PBRs underway starting at 10:00 AM and they will roll for at least a five hour period. We will have one at 10:00 AM, the next at 12:00 Noon, the next will be 2:00 PM. Depending on the room availability, perhaps another one at 4:00 PM.
Even though the Tool Blitz will continue all day long, we have a huge surprise that will compound the efforts of the PBRs in the city and that is the fact that our National Marketing Director, Mr. Wilburn Smith will be personally attending and closing out each of the PBRs on Saturday. This is a first of it's kind event in the Oklahoma City area and sure to be a great success. It will be like PBRs on steroids. You definitely want your team to take advantage of these events! There will other Blitz events in various cities across the state. Please check with your CMCs and Regional Managers for your areas and make every effort to plug into these events.
In Oklahoma City the location will be The Country Inn & Suites at 3141 NW Expressway, on Saturday. There will be no admission charge, so it will be absolutely FREE for associates, as well as, all guests! This is the type of event that can really make a difference in your business! SEE YOU THERE!!!
